Seals en gaskets

The seals and gaskets category includes a wide range of different sleeves, such as single-acting and double-acting sleeves, stacker sleeves, U-sleeves and piston sleeves. The commonly used rings are also included here, such as support rings, oil seals, O-rings and copper rings. The category is completed by adhesives and fasteners, sealing kits, bonded seals, scrapers and gaskets.

Scrapers

Scrapers are mainly used in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. These scrapers, also known as dirt scrapers or excluders, ensure that dirt is wiped off the rod to prevent these particles from entering the hydraulic or pneumatic system. Oudshoorn Hydraulics supplies many types and sizes of scrapers. We have our own production department for hydraulic cylinders, which enables us to supply a wide range of scrapers from stock.

Guide strip

Guide strips are mainly used in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. These guide strips, also known as guide bands or guide rings, ensure that the piston and/or rod of the cylinder are supported during lateral loading, thus preventing metal-to-metal contact. Oudshoorn Hydraulics supplies many types and sizes of guide tape. Thanks to our own production department for hydraulic cylinders, we have a wide range of guide tape available from stock.

O-rings

Oudshoorn Hydraulics has an extensive range of O-rings. O-rings are frequently used in various hydraulic and pneumatic systems/components. O-rings are available in NBR and Viton, in both metric and other types. Available directly from stock at Oudshoorn Hydraulics.

U-cups

Oudshoorn Hydraulics has an extensive range of U-cups, also known as U-rings. If you need a U-cup, please contact our sales department. U-cups can usually be delivered from stock.

Adhesives and locking agents are indispensable in the production and/or repair of hydraulic installations/components.
